The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 447,467, 468, 471, 472, 406, 409, 420 and 120(B)/34of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that some persons have entered into the Government office and trying to manipulate the record. During investigation it transpires that petitioner is also involved in the aforesaid occurrence. The petitioner is in jail since 3.8.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Jail Mangal Rai @ Jail Mangal Prasad

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49180 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 Yadav @ Jai Mangal Prasad, be released on bail in the first week of December, 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikrahana, Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.273 of 2015.
