The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S.Case No.322 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 458, 471, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code..

As per FIR petitioner and other accused persons introduced the informant and others to deposit the amount in Dibyang Pubic Welfare Charity and thereafter not returned the amount as such cheated the innocent person.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is only an agent in the Sansthan and not managing Director of the Sansthan. Charge sheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence now.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S Case No.322 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
