This writ application has been preferred for direction to the respondent-authorities where Complaint Case No. 1369 of 2012 is pending against the opposite party no. 2 for expeditious trial of the case. The report of the learned trial judge would reveal that the case is running for prosecution evidence.
The court below is directed to dispose of the trial preferably within six months without giving any adjournment on frivolous ground to any of the parties. In no circumstance, the case would be adjourned beyond ten days for prosecution evidence.
