The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448/341/323/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The husband of the informant had purchased the mobile phone from this petitioner and the mobile was seized by the police. For that dispute the petitioner allegedly fired and committed abuse and assault.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
