The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, S.T. No. 50 of 2017, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against un-known and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. He was not put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.59459 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhorey Police Station Case No. 75 of 2016, S.T. No. 50 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
