2. Considering such understanding, in the interest of the parties, entire proceeding including the order of cognizance dated 05.11.2012 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in Complaint Case No. 471 of 2012, is hereby set aside.
3. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 produces the order of the Judge, Family Court, Rourkela, passed in Criminal Proceeding No.06 of 2014 by which the Court has permitted withdrawal of the case filed under Section 125 Cr. P. C. by the Opposite Party No.2. Let it be kept with the record.
4. It is expected that the parties within four weeks from today will file an application under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya, upon which the Court shall pass necessary orders expeditiously in view of categorical statement of two adults that they do not want to continue the matrimonial relationship.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the applications stand disposed off.
