2. The petitioner has moved the Court for payment of his G.P.F. The same has been paid to him but by way of supplementary affidavit, he has raised certain further grievances.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that such grievances have been looked into and whatever is required to be paid shall be paid within two weeks.

Having regard to the fact that the relief in the writ petition having been redressed and with regard to the remaining grievances, which have been raised only by way of supplementary affidavit, the stand being that the same shall also be paid within two weeks, the writ petition having served its purpose stands disposed off observing that, as has been admitted before the Court, the remaining admitted dues of the petitioner be paid to him within four weeks.
