In the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking relief for age relaxation in the matter of fixing the upper limit of age fixed by the Commission in the matter of appointment of Supply Inspector.

A plea has been taken that the last advertisement was published for this post, in the year 2010 and after eight years the present advertisement has been published for recruitment of Supply Inspector. By that time the petitioner has crossed the upper age limit fixed for current recruitment, placing reliance on the Government Circular which prescribes that the examination should be conducted year to year basis, in the event of default

Patna High Court CWJC No.16057 of 2018 (3) dt.12-10-2018 2 /2 preference should be given in the next examination. These are policy decisions of the Government. The petitioner, if so like, he may file his representation before the concerned Authority for his grievance. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner that will be looked into by the concerned Authority and final decision will be taken within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
