This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 33 ATMs from his possession.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as the petitioner runs a customer of care of P.N.B at Mirjapur and was going to distribute the recovered ATM cards to the persons, who opened their account as per the Jandhan Scheme and he has been languishing in judicial custody since 04.10.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54134 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, nature of offence, the period of custody and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M - XIII Saran, Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016.
