Patna High Court MJC No.4045 of 2016 dt.04-04-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that after the order having been passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 18781 of 2017 arising out of SLP (Civil) No. 35919 of 2016 and Civil Appeal No. 18782 of 2017 arising out of SLP (Civil) No. 6268 of 2017, the Chief Secretary, Govt. of Bihar has already passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Accordingly, this proceeding is dropped.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to assail the decision of the Chief Secretary, Govt. of Bihar before a competent forum, if he is so advised.
