JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court dated 18.01.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 997 of 2018 has been complied with inasmuch as a reasoned order dated 13.09.2018 has been passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the same.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.09.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Nalanda before the appropriate forum.
