JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. General allegation of firing appears to have been levelled against the petitioner. It is specific case of the prosecution that it was Navin Yadav whose firing caused injury to injured persons of this case. Moreover, the impugned order goes to show that several other co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by the learned court below and the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected only on the ground that he could not surrender before the learned court below in the year

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil)P. S. Case No. 562 of 2014, G. R. No. 1946 of 2014.
