2. The instant writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondents to ensure payment of his entitle as per 7th Pay Commission (effective from 01.01.2016) my salary should have been Rs. 1,83,562.50/- whereas I have been paid only Rs.1,71,400/-.

This discrepancy of Rs.12,162.50/- (ii) For directing the respondents to pay be refixed correctly and the due arrear along

(iii) Any other relief(s) to which the petitioner is found entitled to.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to the difference in salary, representations have already been submitted before the concerned authority, vide AnnexureP/2, P/3, P/4, and P/5.

Learned counsel for Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University submits that the representation filed regarding the difference in calculation of salary pursuant to the revision of the 7th Pay Commission shall be considered. If required, the petitioner shall also be issued a show cause notice, and necessary orders shall be passed in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production or receipt of a copy of this order. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled to benefits, the same shall be extended in his favour.

5. Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed of.
