This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 302,353, 332, 333, 379, 120 (B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and no incriminating articles have been recovered from his possession. He has been i9mplicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. He is in custody since 15.01.2008. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54202 of 2016 (5) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 09.03.2010 passed in cr. Misc. No. 44598 of 2009. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, Gore Lal Kewat @ Gore Kewat to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sessions Trial No. 605/2012 arising out of Rahui (Bhagan Bigha P.S.Case No. 25 of 2007).
