Patna High Court L.P.A No.1142 of 2018(4) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY) 04-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the present case, the appellants are seeking relief of regularization in service as they have worked for the period 1979-84 and from 2001-02.
The finding has been recorded by the writ court that there is no material on record to support valid appointment of the petitioners on daily wages and the circular of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms dated 18.6.1993 also does not support the claim of the present appellants.
Inasmuch as, the appellants are out of service from 2001-02 and, till date, they have never been engaged, the question of regularization of the present appellants does not arise in the year 2020.
We do not find any merit in this appeal and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
