This is an application seeking modification in the order, dated 21.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43254 of 2017, whereby the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail, in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 83 of 2011, has been rejected.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

The time granted to the petitioner, above named, to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59491 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 surrender before the learned court below, in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 83 of 2011, vide order, dated 21.09.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43254 of 2017, is, hereby, extended by four weeks from today.

This application is, accordingly, allowed.
