2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 4 and 5 of the Human Trafficking Act and Section 79 of the J.J. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is involved in human trafficking.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. During investigation, it has come that he had made arrangement for stay of the boys who were taken for doing labour work. The petitioner has no role in the alleged occurrence and is in custody since 08.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 132 of 2022.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Sheikhpura Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
