The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Laukariya P.S. Case No. 77/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Umesh Kumar Mahto took money from him and others on the pretext of providing job in S.S.C.G.D., but the accused persons did not provide the informant and his friends any job. Umesh Kumar Mahto is alleged to have disclosed that he handed over money and papers to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the F.I.R., it would appear that informant and others did not name the petitioners. They gave money to Umesh Kumar

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners did not receive any money from the informant or any other person rather their names were disclosed by Umesh Kumar Mahto, who received money from the informant and others, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Laukariya P.S. Case No. 77/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
