2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents especially to the respondent no. 3 to restore the PDS license no. 12/2007 and also directed to restore the allotment.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner raises a simple grievance that despite being acquitted in K. Nagar Maranga P.S. Case No. 151 of 2011 the license of the petitioner has not been restored and for which he has already filed a representation before the SubDivisional Officer, Sadar, Purnea as far back as on 19.04.2017 (Annexure-3).

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice will be served if the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Purnea (respondent no. 3) is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017 expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
