JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the respondent District Collector, Saran at Chapra, the respondent no.8, for reference of the claim in terms of Section 18 of The Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn

Patna High Court CWJC No.14325 of 2013 (7) dt.28-03-2016 with the liberty aforesaid.

It goes without saying that, if such a petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of one month from today with a certified copy of the present order, then the respondent District Collector, Saran at Chapra shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law by taking into consideration all the relevant materials, which are available on the record.
