The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the IPC and under section 3(i) (x) of SC/ST Act.

The informant alleged that he was imparting tuition to the daughter of the petitioners and he found many mistakes in the copy of daughter of the petitioners and on such he slapped her. It is further alleged that the petitioners called him in the evening, snatched his money and chain.

It is submitted that the case is false and concocted. The daughter of the petitioners filed case on 02.08.2015 against Chandan Paswan, the informant, as he made attempt to kidnap her

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Tarabari P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
