The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report relating to offence of robbery is against unknown criminals. His name transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused which would be evident from the impugned order also.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2016. However, no T.I. parade has been conducted uptill now.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53225 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate Barauni, Begusarai in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 48 of 2005.
