The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 353, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, the informant was on duty at Railway Gate No. 89 C. As he closed the gate, the petitioner no. 1 came there on his motorcycle and started honking asking the informant to open the gate. As the train was coming, he informed the accuseds about it. Infuriated, not only

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that for small conversation between the gate man and the petitioner no.1, the entire family members have been roped in which include the female members. It does not seem probable. He further submits that without accepting the allegation and/or outcome of the present case, the petitioners would like to contribute Rs. 15,000/- to the informant of this case namely, Saral Kumar Yadav as also Rs. 15,000/- will be deposited in the name of Chief General Manager, North Eastern Railway. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, no injury has been brought on record along with the FIR and the petitioners having realized the alleged mistake on their own want to amend, this Court is inclined to grant them privilege of bail subject to payment as stated above. Let the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail of Rs.
