2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahuwa P.S. Case No. 534 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024, lodged under Sections 307, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against 4 named accused persons (including the present petitioner) and one unknown accused person against whom there is an allegation that they have attacked the informant and his children by gun due to which they were badly injured and the accused persons fled away from the spot.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 02.07.2024. Counsel further submits that there is nothing specific against the present petitioner, rather the allegation is against one Amit Singh.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that due to multiple firing, series of gun shot injuries were present on the body of the informant's son.

6. Upon specific query of the Court from the counsel for petitioner that what is the stage of the trial, counsel submits that she is not in a position to intimate this Court about the stage of the trial.

7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
