The petitioner is seeks bail in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she along with others assaulted the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner rather she was present there and the allegation of assault is against one Adalat Bin. She is in custody for the last four months and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S.
