2. This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29155 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 29155 of 2025 in case of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. He further submits that inadvertently, in paragraph-3 of the main anticipatory bail petition, it has wrongly been mentioned that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, due to which, in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 29155 of 2025, it has

No.65241 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 been typed that petitioners have got no criminal antecedents, whereas the petitioner No. 1 has got one criminal antecedent by way of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 and the same could not be mentioned on account of ignorance of pairvikar. Hence, he wants modification in paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 29155 of 2025 stating that petitioner No. 1 has one Cr. antecedent by way of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.

4. Hence, paragraph No. 6 of the order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. 29155 of 2025 is modified to the extent that petitioner No. 1 has one Cr. antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application is allowed and additional eight weeks from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before learned court below and furnish bail bonds in terms of the order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29155 of 2025.

6. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
