2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024 instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has participated in the disposal of the dead body.
4. Ms. Sushmita Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the offence under Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner which is bailable offence.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
