The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S.Case No.172 of 2015 registered under Sections 353, 307 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act. Regard being had to the fact that there is allegation that the miscreants hurled two bombs on the police party and when the police party chased them, the petitioner, who was carrying bomb in his hand fell down causing explosion of the bomb resulting into injury on the person of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail even though he is in custody since 04.08.2015. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is

The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within nine months from the date of framing of charge failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
