2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 30.08.2017 passed in CWJC No. 17205 of 2010.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP Nos. 1 to 4, in para 12 thereof it has been stated that a reasoned order

Patna High Court MJC No.169 of 2018 dt.12-12-2018 2/2 dated 20.10.2018 has been passed by the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah (Annexure-7) whereby the petitioner no. 1 Harinarayan Tiwari has been granted the benefit of age relaxation. However, petitioner no. 2 Kameshwar Pandey has been found not to have been worked for 240 days before commencement date namely, 11.12.1990. Hence he was not found eligible for age relaxation. It is therefore, submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 169 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case they are aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, they may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
