JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Patranagar PS Case No. 506 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 337, 307 and 504 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general allegation against the petitioner that he along with others took away one wanted accused apprehended by the police however no specific overt act is assigned against him, he has got no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 23.9.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shiv Kumar @ Ravi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM -X, Patna in connection with Patrakarnagar PS Case No. 506 of 2017.
