This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 04.05.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 12868 of 2017 titled as ( Principal, Sri Arvind Mahila College, Patna vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) where by the learned Single Judge has been pleased to direct the authority to ensure the payment of arrears of dues of the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.872 of 2018(3) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 petitioner-respondent no.5 within a period of six months and in delay of payment petitioner is entitled simple interest at the rate of 6% per annum.

We find that the present petition is totally misconceived and not maintainable.

The impugned order dated 04.05.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 12868 of 2017 (New Patliputra Security Service Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) was passed on the basis of consent of the parties, leaving it open for the parties to agitate the issue before appropriate forum.

We find that there is neither any illegality nor any infirmity in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The appeal stands dismissed accordingly.
