Patna High Court CWJC No.7982 of 2018(3) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 petitioner that the land, requisite for grant of approval, has been transferred in favour of the State of Bihar through duly executed registered deed of gift.

Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ application with a direction to the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, to take a decision on the point of grant of recognition within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
