1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.240 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable u/s 309(6) of BNS, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of three cases and the informant alleges that three accused persons intercepted him and his brother and looted their mobile and motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that F.I.R. was against unknown. It is next submitted that since petitioner had antecedent, as such, he has been implicated.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that from perusal of the order impugned, it would manifest that the looted motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
