The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2016, a case under Sections 363/364/365/302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is against unknown. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused Nemani Sah, who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.4314 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57959 of 2017 (3) dt.09-01-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case No. 204 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
