2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 350 of 2025 arising out of Sarsi P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is brother-inlaw of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63633 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XII, Purnia/ concerned Court below in connection with S.T. No. 350 of 2025 arising out of Sarsi P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025.
