The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 427, 353 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant being A.S.O. of Durgawati Police Station was deputed on duty at temporary camps of Transport, Mining and Commercial Tax Department when the accused persons came armed with lathi, danda and resorted to fire. Police party also resorted to fire. The accused persons snatched the documents of the seized vehicles,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54628 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 made assault and snatched the arms. In the scuffle two police personnel received injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 50717 of 2015 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 197 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
