Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22, 23, 24 and 26 of the N.D.P.S.Act, 1985.

According to FIR, about 87 Grams of Ganja was allegedly recovered in different small pocket from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts as well as submission of the petitioner that the petitioner would fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58079 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 147 of 2017 arising out of Bikram P.S.Case No. 293 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
