2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted the motorcycle in question. The petitioner was caught on the spot. He is in custody since 14.10.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has three criminal antecedent out of which in two cases he is on bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case that petitioner was caught on the spot and has three

6. The prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is hereby dismissed.
