The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the accused persons on the order of co-accused Yugal Pandit assaulted with sword to the informant on his head and Dablu Pandit assaulted with spear on the head of Arvind Pandit and other accused persons assaulted Girish Pandit by means
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56505 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 of lathi and danda.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injury of the informant is grievous, but specific accusation is against Yugal Pandit and Dablu Pandit. There is counter version of the occurrence. Petitioners' side have also received injuries.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
