Both the petitioners have been alleged to have inflicted axe blow over head of the informant. However, during course of further statement petitioner Sanjay Manjhi has been confined to be the sole assailant by means of axe is found duly substantiated with the injury having been identified 3' long and bone cut over left parietal region of scalp which further been found under C.T. Scan fracture of left parietal bone of scalp and extra-dural haematoma, grievous in nature.
That being so, prayer for bail of petitioner Sanjay Manjhi is rejected. However, petitioner Gaina Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
