Mr. Rajiv Roy (Gp 5) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-07-2018 Present writ application has been filed in the year 2015 for commanding the respondent authorities to give protection to the petitioner from the respondent no. 4. This Court has published notice in the daily cause list requesting the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State to come prepared in the old cases with information as to the present position of investigation and proceeding before the court below.

However, when the matter is called out no one appears to press this application. Learned counsel for the State is present.

In the nature of relief prayed in the writ application,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1296 of 2015(3) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 since no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner despite there being notice, this Court is in impression that the petitioner now is not interested in the matter.

The writ application is, therefore, disposed of as having become infructuous.
