2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 71 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 507 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in custody since 13.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71315 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.1st Nalanda/concerned Court below in connection with Rahui P.S.
