JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 714 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has not given charge of employment register of the year 2006 and accordingly, FIR was registered against him. Subsequently, the petitioner has deposited the same vide annexure-2.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, as the petitioner has already deposited the employment register of the year 2006, the petitioner above named, in case of his surrender or arrest within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.893 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 714 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
