JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The matter has been posted under the heading 'For Orders' in the light of the direction present in the order dated 10.10.2018. On call, Mr. Vinay Mistry, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly accepts that the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram has since disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioner under the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and thus the direction present in the order passed on the writ petition has been complied. He also accepts that against the order of the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram the petitioner has moved the Revisional Authority. In the circumstances noted, the contempt application is disposed of.
