2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103, 238(a) and 61(2)(a) of the B.N.S.
3. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 22.03.2025.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is to commit murder of son of the informant along with her husband. Petitioner was said to have illicit relationship with the son of the informant.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64728 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/3 petitioner submitted that merely on the basis of suspicion, as petitioner was suspected to be in illicit relationship with the deceased son of the informant for several years, she along with her husband were implicated with present case. It is submitted that informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence and entire implication is based upon suspicion. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a lady and claimed clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
6. Learned APP, opposed the prayer of bail.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances as save and except suspicion arising out of illicit relationship nothing incriminating appears during the course of investigation to connect the petitioner prima facie with the murder of the son of the informant, where petitioner remains in custody since 22.03.2025 being a lady, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 88/2025 on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64728 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 3/3 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran /concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 480(3) of BNSS.
