JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 The present writ petition has been filed by the father of the student in question namely, Ananya Harshit, who is a class-IX student and has sought correction of his name to be read as "Aditya Harshit" and further correction in the date of birth has also been sought.

It is submitted that the correct date of birth of the petitioner no.2 is 28.10.2005 and not 28.10.2003. Despite indulgence granted to the learned counsel for the respondents, no counter affidavit has been filed, hence this
