Accordingly his application is disposed of.
.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no.2 and the State.
Petitioner no. 2 is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (xi) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act It is alleged that when the informant was going to school, she was asked by the accused persons to clean the school. On refusal of the same, the petitioner no.2 namely Kundan Kumar assaulted and abused her by calling caste name.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55816 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the above named petitioner no. 2, if he surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur (Ara). With the above observation this application is disposed of.
