Let the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The accused/petitioner is named in F.I.R and apprehending her arrest in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 497 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is to obtained a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69493 of 2022(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/3 job of a Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner implicated falsely in this case and she herself the victim of the circumstance as after doing job for long 17 years, she was terminated from the service through Letter No. 14 dated 10.03.2023. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent.

Learned APP for the State, while opposing the prayer of bail submitted that in such cases accused persons were granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Hon'ble Court, where either accused terminated from the service or resigned.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, who has already been terminated from the service, let above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -12th, East-Muzaffarpur/concerned Court, in connection with Sakra P.
