1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.29289/2025 and the same was rejected by an order dated 06.08.2025 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charges against the petitioner has been framed by an order dated 23.05.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No.301/2024.

6. It is made clear that if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
