The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 27 of 2013, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing of sister of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased, aged about 70 years, and no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner for demand of dowry and cause injury to the deceased. It is further submitted that due to quarrel between the sister of the

No.54985 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 informant and her husband, sister of the informant committed suicide and her dead body was cremated in presence of informant but with ulterior motive the present false case has been lodged. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 27 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
